If you can see these websites you are online and now start by checking your webmail - http://mail.yourdomainname ours is http://mail.visionteam.dk or http://mail3.visionteam.dk.

If you can login and send and receive here then it isnt the mailserver and problay your Outlook or Outlook Express.

When you test do not assume that if you send to yourself or another user on the same mailserver such as a visionteam.dk e-mail that this implies all is ok!

The best is if you also have another mail elsewhere such as gmail or hotmail. If so try by sending and receiveing to/from both.

If all is ok here then the mailserver is working as it should, and it probably is your mail client (typically Outlook, Outlook Express, Entourage etc) that isnt set up correctly.

If there still is a problem it could be that your mail is in the Junk Mail or Spam folder.

If no mails sent between your 2 account are reported as spam then probably it is your mail client (typically Outlook, Outlook Express, Entourage etc) that isnt set up correctly.

Check your Outlook or Outlook Express settings.
