As they go through the store, customers use electronic shopping baskets to gather products. The shopping basket displays product descriptions, quantities of each product, and the order total. Customers have the option of saving baskets for later purchase or even reusing them to place duplicate orders in the future. As the store owner, you will also have the ability to peer into these baskets to see what customers may be buying in the short term.

A customer who purchased jazz CD’s last month may be offered a special discount on the latest jazz releases. On the other hand, Non-Members - customers who choose not to register - provide only the billing and shipping information necessary to complete the transaction and thus are able to preserve their privacy. The level of personalization desired or required is entirely up to you. Arriviste can configure your store to require that all customers register before they shop, or turn off registration completely.
